The correct option is C 12 cm
Given Ratio =12:13:14

Let the sides of triangle be x2,x3,x4

Perimeter of triangle = sum of all sides

52=x2+x3+x4

On solving we get, x=48

So, Sides are x2=482=24 cm

x3=483=16 cm

x4=484=12 cm

So, the length of the shortest side is 12 cm.
