The correct option is C $9.0 \times 10^{1}$ sq.units
$A = l \times b = 23.7 \times 3.8 = 90.06$
Out of the two numbers, the 3.8 has the least number of significant digits i.e., 2. Therefore the product should also have two significant figures.
$∴ A = 9.0 \times 10^{1}$
