Ast=942 mm2

xulimit=0.46d=0.46×450=207mm

For calculation of depth of NA

0.36fckbxu=0.87 fyAst

0.36×25×300×xu=0.87×500×942

xu=151.76 mm<xulimit

So, under reinforcement section.
Moment of resisting for under reinforced section.

MR =0.36fckbxu(d0.42xu)

=0.36×25×300×151.76(4500.42×151.76)

=158271135.3 Nmm

=158.27 kNm
