Volume of one match box $=4\times 2.5\times 1.5c{m}^3=15c{m}^3$

Volume of 144 matchboxes $=15\times 144c{m}^3$ or volume of one packet $=2160c{m}^3$

Length ofcarton (l)=1.5 m =150 cm

Breadth (b)=84 cm.

and height (h)=60 cm.

$\therefore$ Volume of one carton $=l\times b\times h$

$=150\times 84\times 60c{m}^3$

$=756000c{m}^3$

$\therefore$ No. of packetes $=756000÷2160$

=350
