Yes, I agree with this statement.
The size of red blood cells in the body of a human and the cells in the body of a rat is the same, and so are various other cells which are common to both organisms.
Hence, it could be concluded that the number of certain cells may vary from organism to organism.
But the size of the cells remains the same irrespective of the size of the organism.
