The given equation is 2x3y=7 ........ (1)

To obtain the slope and yintercept of the given equation, we write it in slope-intercept form which is,
y=mx+c, where m and c are slope and yintercept

From (1),

2x3y=73y=2x7y=23x+(73)

Comparing it with y=mx+c we get,

slope=m=23 and y-intercept=c=73

Hence, option B is correct.
