Solution

The correct option is C

10000

Forming a five digit number using two different digits:

  1. While forming a smallest number arrange the given digits in ascending order from left.
  2. The smallest five digit number is the successor of largest four digit number.

Smallest two digits are 1 and 0.

If 0 is at the first place from left i.e. ten thousands place then it will become a four digit number.

10000 is smallest five digit number.

Also, 10000=9999+1 i.e. successor of 9999.

Thus, 10000 is the smallest five digit number formed using two different digits.
