Solution

The correct option is B NH3 reacts with water forming NH4OH
When ammonia is dissolved in water. It reacts with water forming ammonium hydroxide (NH4OH). So as the amount of NH3 dissolving in water is more due to its reactivity, the solubility is more.
So generally to store ammonia which is a gas, we store in laboratories as NH4OH by mixing with water.
