The correct option is B $+ 1$ and $- 4$
$x^{2} = 4 - 3 x$
$⟹ x^{2} + 3 x - 4 = 0$
$⟹ x^{2} + 4 x - x - 4 = 0$
$⟹ x (x + 4) - 1 (x + 4) = 0$
$⟹ (x - 1) (x + 4) = 0$
So, $x = 1, x = - 4$
