The correct option is A -1
The given equation is,
$5 (x + 2) - 2 (3 - 2 x) = 3 (x + 6) - 4 (4 - x)$
$\Rightarrow 5 x + 10 - 6 + 4 x = 3 x + 18 - 16 + 4 x)$
$\Rightarrow 9 x + 4 = 7 x + 2$
$\Rightarrow 9 x - 7 x = 2 - 4$
$\Rightarrow 2 x = - 2 \Rightarrow x = \frac{- 2}{2} \Rightarrow x = - 1$

Therefore, the solution of the equation is $- 1$ .
