$β = 10 log (\frac{I}{I_{o}})$

$β_{2} - β_{1} = 20 log (\frac{r_{1}}{r_{2}})$ because $I \propto \frac{1}{r^{2}}$

$30 - 52 = 20 log (\frac{5}{x})$

solving for x we get,
$x = 63 m$
