We have to check the number of electrons in these option. The option which will have different number of electrons will have different bond order as

Bond order = Number of bonding electrons - number of antibonding electrons / 2

So check number of electrons;

CO = 6 + 8 = 14 electrons
NO+ = ( 7+ 8 ) -1 = 14 electrons
N2 = 7 + 7 = 14 electrons
CN- = 6 +7 +1 = 14 electrons

whereas NO- = 7+ 8 +1 = 16 electrons
so Bond order will be different in NO-.
