The speed of the boat in still water is 5 times the speed of the current. It takes 1.1 hours to row to point B from point A downstream. The distance between point A and point B is 13.2 km. How much distance will it cover in 312 minutes upstream?

The correct option is C 41.6 km
Let the speed of the current be x.
Then, the speed of the boat is 5x.
Total speed in downstream
= x + 5x = 6x
Total speed in upstream
= 5x - x = 4x = 8 km

1.1 × 6x = 13.2 x = 2
Required Distance covered = Time × Speed
=265×8=5.2×8=41.6km
