The distance between successive voltage minima is λ2=0.2mλ=0.2×2=0.4m

So phase constant β=2πλ=2π0.4=5πrad/m

The angle of reflection, ϕ=2βyminπ=2×5π×0.05π=0.5πrad

Γ=|Γ|ej0=0.5ej05π=j0.5

load impedance, ZL=Zo1+Γ1Γ=50(1+j0.51j0.5)=30+j40Ω

|ZL|=(30)2+(40)2=50Ω
