The correct option is B Step 3
Given inequation is y + 3 ≥ 11

To find which is step is the error, we have to check the given value is true or not.

Substituting the given value y = 9 in the LHS of the inequation, we get:
y+3=9+3=12

So,
LHS = 12
RHS = 11

∴ LHS ≥ RHS
But in the Step 3, it is given in the opposite way.

Hence, Step 3 is incorrect.
