Given, ϕ0=1.7 eV ; V0=10.4 V

From, Einstein's photo electric equation,

Ein=ϕ0+eV0

=1.7+10.4=12.1 eV

Ein=hcλλ=12400Ein ˚A

λ=1240012.11024 ˚A

As we know, H-atom discrete energy levels as,

E1=13.6 eV ; E3=1.5 eV

E3E1=1.5+13.6=12.1 eV

Hence, the energy level is corresponding to,
