The correct option is B

5x+4y=0


Explanation for the correct option

Given x+2y-10=0...(i)

2x+y+5=0...(ii)

Multiply (i) by 2

2x+4y-20=0...(i)

Subtract (ii) from (i) and solve.

3y-25=0

We get y=253,x=-203

The line should pass through the point -203,253

Checking the options which satisfy the value of intersection point,

The required equation is 5x+4y=0

Hence the correct option is option B.
