The correct option is B 120
Let vr be the velocity of river and vsr be the velocity of swimmer w.r.t river.
According to question,
vr=2 km/h and vsr=4 km/h
Also, angle of swimmer with the flow of river (down the stream) is α as shown in the figure below


From diagram,
sinθ=vrvsr=2 km/h4 km/h=12
θ=30
Hence, α=90+30=120
