Given that the strength of the class = 575

Number of boys = 225

Hence Number of girls = 575 - 225 = 350

(a) Ratio of Number of boys to Number of Girls

Number of boys = 225 and Number of girls = 350

Hence Ratio of Number of boys to Number of girls = 225350

= 914

Ratio of boys to girls = 9 : 14

(b) Total Students to Number of boys

Total Students = 575 and Number of boys = 225

Hence of Ratio of Number of Students to Number of boys = 575225

= 239

Hence Ratio of total students to Number of boys = 23 : 9
