Then contribution of each student= x
$∴ x \times x = 1156 \Rightarrow x^{2} = 1156$

$∴ x = \sqrt{1156} = \sqrt{¯ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ¯ 2 \times 2 \times ¯ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ¯ 17 \times 17}$
