The correct option is C $P_{2} H_{4}$
The spontaneous inflammability of phosphine with smoky rings (vortex rings) at the time of preparation is due to the presence of the highly inflammable $P_{2} H_{4}$ . This property is used in Holme’s signal. $P_{2} H_{4}$ catches fire immidiately and burns the $P H_{3}$ and $C_{2} H_{2}$ .
