The correct option is D 38,83
Let the digits of number be x and y, x being on Ten's place and y on One's place.

Number is 10x+y
Number formed by interchanging the digits is 10y+x

Given that the sum of both these numbers is 121
11x+11y=121
x+y=11......(1)

Also given that the difference of digits is 5, i.e. yx=5......(2)
Adding (1) and (2) we get, y=8 and x=3

Numbers are 38 and 83
