The answer will be zero.
Minimum value given to N=2(addition of vectors are taking place)
put N=2, angle=180
if two equal vectors are acting in 180 ,its resultant will be zero.
Put N=3 ,angle=120
if three equal vectors are acting in 120 ,its resultant will be zero.
Put N=4,angle will be 90
just draw for equal vectors acting with an angle 90, it will be in '+' shape.you know they will be also in symmetry.

you can use vector addition to prove this.otherwise on drawing with put value to N,you find a symmetry for vectors,i.e resultant will be zero.

so total answer will be zero.
