Let the number be x.
Then, (x2+x3+x4)x=12,
L.C.M of 2,3,4=12,
Thus multiplying above equation with 12 both sides,
12×x2+12×x3+12×x412×x12×12
6x+4x+3x12x=144
13x12x=144x=144.
Hence, the required number is 144.
