$S u m o f c i r c u m f e r e n c e o f t w o c i r c l e s = π (D + d) = 110 c m \frac{22}{7} (D + d) = 110 D + d = \frac{110 \times 7}{22} = 35 D = 35 - 28 = 7 c m$
