The sum of the digits is 9
x+y=9
y=9x
The number is 6 times the units place
10x+y=6y
Put the two equations together
x=9y .....(1)
10x+y=6y .....(2)
Eqn(2)Eqn(1) we get
10(9y)+y=6y
9010y+y=6y
909y=6y

y=9015=6
When y=6 then x=96=3
the number =10x+y=10×3+6=30+6=36
