The correct option is A 19
If sum of digits is 10 the digit can be ⎪ ⎪ ⎪ ⎪ ⎪ ⎪⎪ ⎪ ⎪ ⎪ ⎪ ⎪10=9+11+910=8+22+810=7+33+710=6+44+610=5+55+5

Since number decreases on reversing possible sets are {91,82,73,64}

Now, let us assume 91 be the number
On reversing it become 19.

Decrease %=911991×100%

=7291×100%

=79.12% (79% approx)

Option B is correct.
