If the ratio of their savings is 3:7:8 which is same as the ratio of their respective incomes, then find the annual saving of Mac and Ankit combined.

Let the savings and income be 3x , 7x, and 8x respectively.
3x + 7x + 8x = 18x
18x = ₹12,24,000
$\Rightarrow$ x = ₹68,000
Income of Mac = 7 $\times$ 68,000 = ₹4,76,000
Savings of Mac = 15% of 4,76,000 = $\frac{15}{100}\times 4,76,000$ = ₹71,400
Income of Ankit = 8$\times$68,000 = ₹5,44,000
Savings of Ankit = 10% of 5,44,000 = $\frac{10}{100}\times 5,44,000$ = ₹54,400.
Combined savings of Mac and Ankit = ₹71,400 + ₹54,400 = ₹1,25,800
