The sum of two adjacent angle is 110 degree . If one angle is 30 degree more than the other. Find the measures of the 2 angles.

Let the adjacent angles
be x and x+30.

Given their
Sum = 110

So,
x+x+30=110

2x+30=110

2x=80

x=80÷2
= 40

So the angles are,

40 and 40+30=70

40 and 70 are the adjacent angles.
