The correct option is D $- 6$ and $- 5$
Let two consecutive numbers are : $x, x + 1$
Sum of these numbers is -11, then
$x + x + 1 = - 11 \Rightarrow 2 x = - 11 - 1 = - 12 \Rightarrow x = - 6$
and other cosecutive number is $x + 1 = - 6 + 1 = - 5$
