We have,

Let x, y

taking $x>y$

$\therefore \left(1\right)x+y=3y+2$

$\left(2\right)x-y=19$

From the $\left(2\right)$ equation we can say that,

$x=19+y$ ………..$\left(3\right)$

x value in equation to get,

$19+2y=3y+2$

$y=17$

Y value in equation $\left(3\right)$ to get,

$x=19+y$

$x=19+17$

$x=36$

Hence, this is answer.
