The correct option is C 4,12
Let the first number be x then the second number will be 16x so, that the sum of the two numbers remains 16.

Sum of their reciprocal will be,
1x+116x=13

16x+xx(16x)=13
16×3=16xx2
x216x+48=0
x12x4x+48=0
(x12)(x4)=0
x=12,4

If we choose the first number to be equal to 12 then the second will be 4 and if we choose the first number to be equal to 4 then the second number will be 12.

So, we can say that the two numbers are 4,12.
