$x=\frac{2}{3}y$

x + y = 25

$\Rightarrow \frac{2}{3}y+y=25$

$\Rightarrow 2y+3y=25\times 3$

$\Rightarrow 5y=25\times 3$

$\Rightarrow y=5\times 3=15$

$x=\frac{2}{3}\times 15=2\times 5=10$

$\therefore$ numbers are 10,15
