Let the measurement of equal angles be $x°$.

As we know that sum of all the angles of a quadrilateral is $360°$.

Given that sum of $2$ angles of quadrilatral is $172°$.

$\therefore 172°+x°+x°=360°$

$\Rightarrow 2x°=360°-172°$

$\Rightarrow x°=\frac{188°}{2}$

$\Rightarrow x°=94°$

Hence, the equal angles are of $94°$ each.
