The sum of two rational number is $\frac{13}{5}$

$\therefore x+y=\frac{13}{5}$ ………....$\left(1\right)$

The value of one rational number is given

$\therefore$ Let it be x.

$\therefore x=\frac{22}{5}$

$\therefore$ from $\left(1\right)$

$\frac{22}{5}+y=\frac{13}{5}$

$y=\frac{13}{5}-\frac{22}{5}$

$=-\frac{9}{5}$

$\therefore$ The second number is $-\frac{9}{5}$.
