Given surface area of sphere is $1018\frac{2}{7}=\frac{7128}{7}c{m}^2$

$\therefore 4\pi r^2=\frac{7128}{7}$

$\Rightarrow 4\times \frac{22}{7}\times r^2=\frac{7128}{7}$

$\Rightarrow r^2=\frac{7128}{4\times 22}=81$

$\Rightarrow r=9$ cm

So volume of sphere $=\frac{4}{3}\pi r^3$.

$=\frac{4}{3}\times \frac{22}{7}\times (9{)}^3$

$=3054.86c{m}^3$
