Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) promotes spermatogenesis in seminiferous tubules of male and follicle development in females. Option D is incorrect. LH is also gonadotropin and stimulates production of sex hormones by gonads which makes option A incorrect. Thyroid stimulating hormone of anterior pituitary stimulates secretion of thyroxin by binding to the receptors of follicle of thyroid gland. This makes option B correct.
