In order to calculate the number of children that spend atmost 8 hours, we will have to calculate the frequency of all students who have used the computer for 8 hours or less. So that means we will have to calculate the cumulative frequency of all intervals from 0-2 to 6-8 hours.
Therefore the total number of children that have spend atmost 8 hours = 10+15+35+35 = 95
