An ideal fuel should possess an high calorific value and a moderate ignition temperature. The ignition temperature must not be lower than room temperature.
Fuel A has a highest calorific value. Its ignition temperatrure is much lower than the room temperature. Thus, it can not be considered as a ideal fuel.
Fuel B has high calorific value and moderate ignition temperature. Thus, it makes an ideal fuel.
However, fuel C and D are not ideal fuel because they have low calorific values and high ignition temperature.
