The correct option is C 4th day Relative humidity is the ratio of amount of water vapour present in atmosphere at a given temperature and pressure to the maximum amount of water vapour that atmosphere can hold at the same temperature and pressure. Rain occurs when the air is unable to hold any more water as water vapour. This means that the air is already holding the maximum amount of water it possibly can and there is more water present which appears as rain. Thus, humidity is high when it rains. On 4th day the humidity was very high (98%) and hence, the city experienced heavy rain on that day.
