From table consider any two points, say (2,52) and (4,74)

Slope (m)=Change in yChange in x=74 524 2=11

We know, equation for point slope form is
yy1=m(xx1)

At point (2,52), the equation becomes:

y52=11(x2)

y52=11x22 (using distributive
property)

y=11x+5222

y=11x+30

Initial number of donuts will be there when time taken (y) = 0 h

So, put value of "x" as zero in the above equation.

We get:
y=11(0)+30

y=30 (it's the y-intercept)

Therefore, the initial values of donuts is 30.
