From the above table ordered pairs are (1,π)(2,2π)(3,3π)(4,4π)(5,5π).

Here, x is is diameter of circle and y is the circumference.

We know, circumference of circle y=πd where, diameter d=x given.

Thus, function rule: y=πx

Hence, a function rule that relates y to x is y=πx.
