Let circle represents total no. of laptops = 60 + 40 + + 20 = 120

Area of semicircle = $\frac{120}{2}$ = 60

For PSV since they are divided into equal parts

Area of each part = $\frac{60}{6}=10$

Now No. o laptops of Bell = 40

$\therefore$ combination of any four continuous parts from six gives the no. of laptops of Bell.

$\Rightarrow \angle ROV=\angle ROS+\angle SOT+\angle TOU+\angle UOV$

$\angle ROV=10+10+10+10=40$
