For first Kilometer = Rs.20
After giving Rs.20, x-1 distance is left to cover
There is Rs.6 for each x-1
Total fare to travel x-1 km = 6(x-1)
Total fare (y) to travel x km = 20+6(x-1)
y= 20-6+6x

6x-y+13=0

b=-1
c=13
