The correct option is A 9 Ω
Let ΔtoC the change in temperature initially sum of resistance = (100+R)
Rtungsten=(1+4.5×103)
RgermaniumR(1+(5×102))
=R(15×102)
Rnet=R1+R2
As in question given resistance does n'r change with temperature
(100+R)=100(1+4.5×103)+R(15×102)
100×4.5×101=R×5×102

R=4.5×1015×102=9Ω
