$\eta =1-\frac{T_2}{T_1}=\frac{W}{Q}$

Substitute value in above equation we will get

$1-\frac{-5+273}{43+273}=\frac{50}{Q}$

$\frac{316+5-273}{316}=\frac{50}{Q}$

$Q=\frac{50\times 316}{48}=329.17\simeq 329J$
