Relation between Fahrenheit and Celcius :

$F={\frac{9}{5}}^{o}C+32$

So, $\Delta F=\frac{9}{5}\Delta C=\frac{9}{5}\times 1=1.8F$

Relation between Kelvin and Celcius :

$K=273+C$

So, $\Delta K=\Delta C=1$
