By adding 2oC to the respective rural area temperature, we obtain the following table: Temperature (oC) Time Rural Area Urban Area 1730 1830 1930 2030 2130 2230 2330
24 24+2=26
23 23+2=25
22 22+2=24
21 21+2=23
21 21+2=23
20 20+2=22
19 19+2=21

According to the tabulated data at 1730, rural area has a temperature of 24oC, while urban area has a temperature of 26oC, and so on.
