The correct option is C (4,2)

Centroid of a triangle =(x1+x2+x33,y1+y2+y33)

Let the third vertex of the triangle be (x,y)
So, centroid =(4+0+x3,13+y3)=(0,0)
=>(4+x3,2+y3)=(0,0)
=>4+x=0;2+y=0
x=4;y=2
Hence, the third vertex of the triangle is (4,2)
