The correct option is C III only
The first lens is a biconvex lens. It is a converging lens. It converges the rays of light passing through it.
The second lens is one half of the biconvex lens. This part is also converging lens due to the right hand surface of the lens.
The third lens is a biconcave lens. It is a diverging lens, that is, it diverges the rays that pass through it.
Hence option D is the answer.
